Travel League Teams

The Nassau Hockey League offers the following Travel programs: (all ages as of December 31)

Mini-Mites(8 & under) offers beginners a chance to improve skating skills and confidence through drills and instruction. Practice will be once a week, primarily on Saturday.Approximately 3-4 scrimmages with other local programs will be scheduled.
Mites(8 & under) are the selected better players, focusing on skating, hockey skills and positioning. It is intended that the Mites have a weekly practice and will play approximately 20 games including those in the Club League.
Squirts (9 & 10 year olds)
Girls U12 (12 & under)
Pee Wee - A(11 & 12 year olds)
Pee Wee - B(11 & 12 year olds)
Girls U16(13-16 year olds)
Midgets - A(15 thru 18 year olds)
